This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through Trip Solitaire, related account and support processes, and other services that expressly link to this Policy. Actual collection depends on the features, permissions, SDKs, platform services, and configurations enabled in the version you use.
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
When you make an in-app purchase, payment processing is generally handled by Apple, Google, or another authorized payment provider. We do not generally receive your full payment card number from Apple or Google for ordinary platform purchases.
Trip Solitaire is not designed to require access to contacts, health information, SMS, call history, microphone, or camera for ordinary gameplay. If a future feature requires a permission involving personal or sensitive information, appropriate disclosures and permissions will be provided where required.
We may use information to:
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent, depending on the purpose and context.
Trip Solitaire may use third-party SDKs and providers for analytics, crash reporting, authentication, hosting, cloud services, customer support, security, attribution, payments, and other operations.
Third-party providers may process information on our behalf under applicable contractual and privacy requirements. The exact SDK inventory must be reconciled with the production build before publication and reflected accurately in Apple privacy disclosures and Google Play Data Safety declarations.
If a particular version includes advertising, attribution, cross-app tracking, or similar technologies, the applicable practices will be disclosed as required. On iOS, practices meeting Apple’s definition of tracking will use AppTrackingTransparency and required permission.
If a production version does not contain such technology, this section does not mean that it is active.
We may disclose information to service providers; Apple, Google, and payment/platform providers; professional advisers; legal or regulatory authorities where required or appropriate; successors in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets; and parties where you direct us to share information or provide consent.
We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary sense unless our practices and applicable law expressly provide otherwise.
Information may be processed or stored in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, which may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit where appropriate, logging, monitoring, and least-privilege practices. No security system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service provision, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, enforcement, security, and legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it as appropriate.
Where account creation is available, users will be provided with a clear method for requesting account deletion through in-app settings where available or by contacting whocaredog@icloud.com.
Upon a valid request, we will delete or anonymize associated personal information within the period required by applicable law, subject to lawful exceptions. Deletion may permanently remove gameplay progress, purchases, Virtual Items, and account-associated content. Platform subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple or Google.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact whocaredog@icloud.com to exercise applicable rights. We may verify account ownership before fulfilling requests.
Where California privacy laws apply, residents may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, and certain forms of sale or sharing, subject to statutory exceptions. Contact whocaredog@icloud.com for requests.
Applicable laws may provide rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Trip Solitaire is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. The final age rating, target-audience declaration, advertising configuration, and SDK inventory should be reviewed together before publication to ensure compliance with Apple and Google requirements.
For iOS, disclosures are intended to be consistent with Apple App Store privacy requirements and AppTrackingTransparency requirements where applicable. Apple may separately process information when you use Apple services such as Apple authentication or App Store purchases.
For Android, this Policy must remain consistent with the Google Play Data Safety section for the production build. Google requires accurate disclosure of collection, sharing, security practices, and other applicable data handling, including third-party SDK behavior.
The Service or support materials may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
We may update this Policy when practices, features, legal obligations, or platform requirements change. We will update the Effective Date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
